Greta Roberts, Founder and CEO
Building an organization focused on talent intelligence requires an in-depth understanding of nearly every facet contributing to a company’s success. It is from this vantage point that Greta Roberts applies her track record and 20+ years of industry experience as the founder and CEO of Target Teams.

As a thought leader, she is frequently invited to share insights on using intelligence about talent to achieve business results. She is a frequent speaker at industry and business events, and has been featured in industry articles and online career resource sites including Monster.com and has authored bylines in key trade publications including Sales & Marketing Management. Roberts earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Sciences from Messiah College and completed graduate course work at LaSalle University.

Tracy Linne, Vice President of Sales
Tracy is a technology industry executive who has consistently built
high performing sales teams and tackled complex challenges in high growth environments. She has also founded or co-founded several start-ups where performance optimization, innovation and creative strategies have been critical for sustained growth.

She has held executive and sales management roles at companies including End Zone Strategy Group, Brainshark, ARC, PeopleSoft and Central Point Software.

Paula Goudsmit, Director of Programs
Paula brings 15 years of business expertise to Target Teams. She is responsible for the development and deployment of all Business Partner related programs.

Prior to joining Target Teams, Paula spent 10 years with IBM gaining experience in global program management, marketing, organizational change and executive development.

Paula earned a B.A. from Assumption College, and an M.S. with a concentration in Organizational Policy from Boston University.

Kevin Kenney, Business Development Executive
Kevin is responsible for expanding Target Teams' business opportunities through additional Business Partner relationships, expanding Target Teams' reach into new markets and creating additional business development relationships.

Prior to joining Target Teams, Kevin was a member of the sales team at Sentri, Inc. Kevin earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Nichols College.

Pasha Roberts, Chief Software Architect
Pasha is the software architect for Target Teams' flagship talent intelligence platform - Target Teams Advisor®. Pasha has expertise in software, mathematics, finance and graphical design. He has twenty plus years of software development and success as an entrepreneur. Pasha is the founder and president of Lineplot Productions.

Pasha co-founded his prior venture, WebLine Communications Corporation, to create enterprise software which integrated a corporate web presence with call center operations. WebLine Communications was acquired by Cisco Systems in 1999.

Pasha holds a bachelors degree in Economics and Russian Studies from The College of William and Mary, and a Masters of Science in Financial Engineering from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He was introduced to computers and the internet at its inception by his father, Larry Roberts, one of the original architects and creators of ARPANET.

Sergiy Nesterko, Statistical Consultant
Sergiy works with Target Teams to provide statistical insight and help design better products quantitatively to further improve services the company offers. He uses statistical techniques to identify product components that need improvement and advises management on sound ways to implement it.

Sergiy has been trained in mathematics and statistics to provide businesses with expertise to help improve products and optimize processes, and thus increase revenues and market share. In addition to his consulting with Target Teams, he has worked for numerous businesses including Citigroup.

Sergiy has a Hon.B.Sc. with High Distinction from the University of Toronto in Applied Mathematics, Finance and Economics and a Masters in Statistics from Harvard University. He is currently a doctoral candidate in Statistics at Harvard University.

David MacGugan, Software Engineer
David has over twelve years of developing sophisticated web applications. His experience spans industries including Educational Institutions, as well as the Music and Travel Industries. He currently holds a software engineering position in Charlestown, MA.

When not developing and fine-tuning Target Teams' talent alignment platform, Target Teams Advisor®, he can be found running computer simulations, obfuscating URLs and fiddling with both digital and analog game design.

Dave holds an honors degree in Computer Science from UMass Boston.
